NEW “ASK THE REGULATOR” SPEAKER ADDED FOR DCS2018 – SEPTEMBER 5-7, 2018.  Max Weinstein, Chief of the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey will be joining our “Ask the Regulators” panel at the Debt Connection Symposium and Expo 2018 conference, at the JW Marriott Austin, in Austin, TX.

In addition to the “Ask the Regulators”, Mr. Weinstein will also host a roundtable for a face-to-face conversation about concerns or questions related to the Attorney General’s Office, or Massachusetts collection rules and regulations.

Max Weinstein serves as Chief of the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey. The Consumer Protection Division investigates unfair and deceptive business practices and brings enforcement actions pursuant to the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A). Prior to joining the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Weinstein was a Senior Clinical Instructor and Lecturer at Law at Harvard Law School, and a supervising attorney at the Legal Services Center in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
