Phin Solutions, Inc is pleased to announce that Vanessa Lewis Ward will join our staff as a Senior Account Executive within Sales. Vanessa brings extensive experience in sales, customer service and project management to the Phin Solutions, Inc. team. She has 14 years of sales experience within the collections industry as well as experience working within the medical and utility industries.

Vanessa comes to us from a data services and document processing company where her tenure spanned over 19 years. After beginning as an Account Manager within customer service where she was responsible for overseeing the daily processes of several client accounts, she was promoted to a Sales Executive position where she soon became their long time top producing sales team member.  Due to her ability to form, develop and maintain strong client relationships, Vanessa spent the last year and a half of her tenure managing the company’s top tier clients as a customer service Senior Account Executive. Vanessa’s responsibilities in this role included, among many, managing complex data and production deliverables, overseeing new project implementation and strengthening vendor-client relationships with cornerstone clients.

Previous to the most recent span of her career, Vanessa acquired an additional 10 years of customer service and office management experience, several of which were also spent as an entrepreneur in the silversmithing trade.
